FEQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To cancel, you must return your key fob to the front desk and sign our cancellation form in person or via email. To ensure your account won't be billed for the following month, please complete cancellation requirements 7 days before the end of the month. Your account will be canceled once your form is signed, fob is returned, and you have NO balance on your account.

You can see our staff at the front desk to assist you in person, give the gym a call, send us an email, or download the Club Systems app to access your account.

No - we do not freeze memberships but you can cancel your membership temporarily and return when you're ready. We will keep your information and waiver in our system and then upon return you can provide your billing information to restart your membership.

The gym is 24/7 for members with key fob access. If you need staff, they are there M-F 5am-12am, Saturday 7am-8pm, Sunday 8am-8pm.

All guests must come during staffed hours to sign our waiver. If a guest comes with a member, it is $10 for the day. If that guest signs up for a membership at a later date, that $10 can be applied to their initial membership fees. Unpaid guests can result in termination of your membership and a fee of up to $50.

Our facility DOES NOT ALLOW children. To use the gym by yourself- you must be 16 or older. Children 12 and older can be accompanied by an adult only and be added to a family membership plan.

Yes- all of our personal trainers book their clients independently. You can grab a business card for them at our front desk and check them out on our website. All trainers are certified and insured.

Yes- certain trainers hold weekly bootcamp and stretching/mobility classes. Ask our front desk for their schedules.
