We have been family owned and operated since 1987!  Thanks to all of your support over the years- we moved into a location TWICE our old size at 71 Industrial Blvd in October 2023. It has been amazing to see old and new family come together in our new home. Your commitment to us and your health inspires us everyday. Here at Training Center Gym, we are dedicated to providing you with the best resources and community to help you reach your fitness goals. We promise to continue to make gym improvements and upgrade/add equipment during your time with us- creating a great gym environment is our passion.
